Catholic Charities Celebrates 100 Years of Mercy

We were humbled and moved by the outpouring of support and appreciation we experienced at the Centennial Celebration on October 1.  Our goal was to honor those who share mercy in our community as we mark our 100th anniversary. We feel blessed to have had to the opportunity to get to know these men and women of all ages a little bit better because they truly are the face of God’s mercy. We pray for them as they continue to do good work in the community and for those whose lives they touch.

We were also blessed to have two wonderful choirs perform for the more than 500 guests. The Seton-Elder Show Choir and the St. Leo the Great Burundian Choir lifted our spirits while CCM Harpist Joseph Rebman played beautifully during dinner.  Finally, WLWT-Channel 5 TV News anchor Mike Dardis was the most gracious master of ceremonies. We appreciate Mike volunteering his time to be with us.

We hope the 100 Champions of Mercy will remember this night forever.  Please enjoy the pictures from the event. Thanks to everyone who joined us, particularly our sponsors who are listed below who made this event possible. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
