Immigration Legal Services

Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio provides immigration legal services as part of its mission to “serve the community to in turn serve the vulnerable.” We welcome the stranger through our refugee resettlement services, Su Casa Hispanic Center, and immigration legal services. These services are provided to people of all ages and nationalities. Clients may be:
  • Family members of U.S. citizens and permanent residents
  • Individuals or families facing deportation
  • Individuals applying/renewing applications for (DACA) Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
  • Victims of human trafficking
  • Refugees
  • Asylum seekers
  • Permanent residents seeking naturalization
  • Unaccompanied minors
Services provided include: adjustment of status, deportation defense, family-based visa petitions, naturalization, humanitarian relief, special immigrant juvenile status petitions, and deferred action.
