Mental Health Services

Did you know that 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experience mental illness each year?

Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio Mental Health Services provides mental health services to people of all faiths, ages and income levels. We offer individual and family psychotherapy, psychiatry and case management. We accept all Ohio Medicaid plans. For those who do not qualify for health insurance, a sliding scale fee schedule is available. For individuals with private insurance, we can provide proof of payment to submit to insurance companies. Appointments can be held onsite at our Hamilton or Cincinnati office or via telehealth.

Immigrant Mental Health Program

Immigrants and refugees often have complex mental health needs but face multiple barriers to mental health treatment in our community. Our team specializes in culturally competent care for the immigrant community of Greater Cincinnati. We are able to provide services in English, Spanish, and various other language through professional interpretation. Services we offer include:

  • Partnerships with local schools to provide services onsite in the school building
  • Psychosocial skills groups for immigrants
  • Care coordination with Su Casa Hispanic Center, Refugee Resettlement Services and Immigration Legal Services

Clinical Evaluations for Immigration Legal Proceedings

Our independently licensed clinicians will complete a comprehensive mental health assessment and report for individuals who are in the process of immigration legal proceedings. This is a fee for service. Attorney’s can make a referral for their client here.
