Immigration Legal Services

Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio’s immigrant legal center reflects our mission to serve the vulnerable by strengthening community bonds.

We support people of all ages and nationalities through our immigrant legal center, alongside our refugee resettlement services and Su Casa Hispanic Center, offering vital immigration legal services to help newcomers overcome legal challenges and build stable lives. We also offer ESOL classes for individuals. Clients may be:

  • Family members of U.S. citizens and permanent residents
  • Individuals or families facing deportation
  • Individuals applying/renewing applications for (DACA) Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals
  • Victims of human trafficking
  • Refugees
  • Asylum seekers
  • Permanent residents seeking naturalization
  • Unaccompanied minors

Services provided include: adjustment of status, deportation defense, family-based visa petitions, naturalization, humanitarian relief, special immigrant juvenile status petitions, and deferred action.
