At Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio, we believe mental health is the foundation for thriving individuals, families, and communities. Our programs are designed to provide compassionate, evidence‑based support that empowers people of all ages to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and achieve emotional well‑being. Our team is here to walk alongside you.
Our licensed professionals provide personalized mental health support for individuals, families, and organizations. We offer guidance on managing stress, addressing behavioral concerns, and fostering positive mental health practices. These consultations are tailored to meet unique needs and can include short‑term interventions, referrals, and ongoing collaboration. In addition, we specialize in supporting clients who speak languages other than English and meet people where they are to ensure care is accessible. We offer individual and specialized group therapy sessions designed to respect each client’s culture and language.
